Changes regarding online application for �Pre Commissioning Safety Audit�- w.e.f. 01st September 2020

      Only nominated Principal Panelists of respective Oil & Gas Companies are eligible to apply online request for PCSA.

      However, for Refinery/ Pipeline/ GPP/ E&P installations along with Principal Panelists, the Heads of Safety Department of concerned Refinery/ Pipeline/ GPP/ E&P installations are also authorized to apply.

      Whenever new Principal Panelist/ HoD is nominated, nominated person has to put a request for creating credentials required to login and the same will be created and communicated to him/ her through email.

      The applicant has to make payment for PCSA, as per details given below, in advance and has to enter the UTR No and Date of amount transferred in the PCSA online request form.

      Payment should be made only when the installation is ready in all respect for conduct of PCSA. Please note PCSA shall be carried out, by OISD, only when the location is in ready for PCSA, necessary documents have been submitted and the requisite charges towards PCSA have been deposited with OISD.

      Prescribed PCSA fee shall be paid in full and no other deductions/ adjustments made in the fee except applicable statutory deductions.

      Once the PCSA fee is remitted and transferred to OISD through bank, the online application should be filled-in immediately without any delay.

      PCSA fee once paid is nonrefundable.

      Invoice will be dispatched to the applicant, only to the address mentioned in the online PCSA application.
